SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Chandelle & Savon, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist.

Free Returns (No Restocking Fee)

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping labels are not provided and are at the customer’s expense

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear on your original form of payment


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days from purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


Non-Refundable / Ineligible Returns

Refunds may be denied for:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank for additional processing time

If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us

  • Ship the item to the address listed below


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the item is received

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping typically takes 2–4 business days

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard lead time is 5–6 business days, including processing and shipping

  • Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Shipping damage claims reported after this timeframe cannot be authorized
