Our Mobile Candle-Making Classes and Workshops are guided, seated experiences where your group participates together from beginning to end. Unlike our walk-up Mobile Candle Bar, everyone gathers at the same time and is led through the candle-making process step by step.

It is the perfect way to slow down, connect, create and enjoy a memorable hands-on experience together.

A Guided Group Experience

Our candle-making hosts bring the supplies, equipment and instruction directly to your location.

Guests are seated together and guided through each stage of creating their own custom candle. They will select a vessel, explore a curated fragrance collection, create a personalized scent blend and pour their candle with help from our team.

The class is relaxed, social and beginner-friendly. No previous candle-making experience is required.

Guests create a personalized candle in one of our beautiful 8-ounce luxury mercury glass vessels.

$45 per guest

9-guest minimum or equivalent minimum booking of $405.00

Pricing includes transportation within our standard service area 45 mins from Spring Branch, Tx, setup, staffing, candle-making supplies, guided instruction, equipment, time on site and cleanup.

Travel beyond the standard service area, extended event time, larger groups and customized experiences may require additional pricing.

Our Mobile Candle Bar is a casual, walk-up experience that operates alongside an existing event. Guests visit the bar whenever it is convenient, create a candle, and return to the celebration.

Our Mobile Candle-Making Classes and Workshops are structured group experiences. Everyone begins together, remains seated, and follows the candle-making process as a group.

How far in advance are reservations needed?

We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially during our busier fall and winter seasons. Last-minute bookings may still be available, depending on our schedule.

Your Mobile Candle-Making Class or Workshop includes:

How does the Class/Workshop Work?

Our team arrives 2 hours before your event to prepare the candle bar and organize everything needed for your guests.

Once everyone is seated, our host introduces the candle-making process and guides the group through:

• Choosing a candle vessel
• Smelling and selecting fragrances
• Creating a custom fragrance blend
• Preparing the wick and vessel
• Measuring and adding fragrance
• Pouring the candle
• Learning proper candle care

Everyone participates together, making the class feel more personal, interactive and connected than a walk-up event.

What are the Space and Venue Requirements?

The workshop/classes can be held in homes, businesses, wineries, event venues, and other suitable indoor or covered outdoor locations.

We typically require:

• Tables and seating for all guests
• A level workspace
• Access to standard electrical outlets
• A protected area away from wind, rain, and extreme temperatures
• Reasonable access for unloading and loading equipment

We will help determine the best setup based on your guest count and venue.

Are there Travel and Event Time requirements?

Standard pricing includes transportation to locations within a 45min drive of Spring Branch, Texas, and up to two hours of candle class.

Events located more than 45 mins away, events requiring extended service time, or events with more than 100 guests may require a custom proposal.

Additional travel, lodging, staffing, or service charges may apply.
