Chandelle & Savon's Mobile Candle Bar brings an interactive candle-making experience directly to your home, business, winery, wedding venue, event hall, or private gathering.
Unlike a traditional sit-down candle-making class (which we offer), our Mobile Candle Bar is designed to flow naturally with your event. Guests can visit the bar at their convenience, select their favorite fragrances, and create a personalized candle as the celebration continues.
There is no need to pause the party or gather everyone for a scheduled class. Guests walk up, create, and return to enjoying the event.

Elevate your event with our beautiful 8-ounce luxury mercury glass candle vessels. Each guest creates a personalized candle that doubles as an elegant keepsake from the occasion.

What is the difference between the Mobile Candle Bar and Class/workshop?
The Mobile Candle Bar is designed to flow naturally with your event. Guests can stop by at their leisure, create a custom candle, and return to the celebration. Our candle-making classes and workshops are structured group experiences where everyone participates together and is guided through the process from beginning to end.
How far in advance are reservations needed?
We recommend reserving your date as early as possible, especially during our busier fall and winter seasons. Last-minute bookings may still be available, depending on our schedule.
What is included in the Service?
Your Mobile Candle Bar booking includes:
• Transportation to event locations within two hours of Spring Branch, Texas
• Candle bar setup and breakdown
• Professional candle bar hosts
• Candle-making equipment and supplies
• A curated selection of premium fragrances (up to 10)
• Wax, wicks, and candle vessels
• Guest instruction and assistance
• Up to three hours of candle bar service
• Complete cleanup after the event

How does the Mobile Candle Bar work?
Our team arrives 2 hours before your event to prepare the candle bar and organize everything needed for your guests.
Throughout the event, guests can visit the bar at their leisure. Our candle bar hosts guide each guest through selecting and blending fragrances to create a candle that feels uniquely their own.
Once the candle is poured, guests can return to the celebration while their candle begins to set. Their finished candle becomes a personalized keepsake they can enjoy at home.
What are the Space and Venue Requirements?
The Mobile Candle Bar can be arranged in a variety of indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
We typically require:
• A designated space approximately 6 feet by 10 feet
• Access to a standard electrical outlet
• A level, protected setup area
• Reasonable access for unloading and loading equipment
Outdoor events must have a covered location protected from direct sunlight, rain, excessive wind, and extreme temperatures.
Are there Travel and Event Time requirements?
Standard pricing includes transportation to locations within a two-hour drive of Spring Branch, Texas, and up to three hours of candle bar service.
Events located more than two hours away, events requiring extended service time, or events with more than 100 guests may require a custom proposal.
Additional travel, lodging, staffing, or service charges may apply.
